Design/Build
One of Kelly’s favorite aspects of design is space planning. Kelly has worked on numerous projects where she has been involved prior to the architect, working with clients to design their home from the inside out. This approach focuses the design around how the spaces will be used rather than how they fit into a pre-determined box. The result of this perspective is a floor plan that fits the owner's lifestyle like a finely tailored glove.
Remodel
Building new isn’t always an option but there are so many ways to maximize existing square footage and refresh existing spaces in an affordable way. Kelly has worked on a multitude of remodeling projects and is able to breathe new life into tired spaces that have seen better days. Clients have said that Kelly is respectful of their budgets and she is able to help prioritize which updates will bring the most bang for the buck.
Staging & Decorating
Your home may have beautiful bones and you might just need help with the finishing touches. Maybe you are about to list your home and want to know what needs to be done beforehand in order to get the biggest and best offers possible. We can help with all of that and more, right down to your holiday decorating if you are just too busy to do it yourself.
